Owego Woman Jailed Following Dispute
A 37-year-old Tioga County woman was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child following a reported disturbance.

Authorities say Jessica Mott of Owego was arrested after the domestic incident at her residence on Route 96.
According to the sheriff's office, Mott was arraigned before a Tioga town justice. She was sent to Tioga County Jail on $1,000 bail.
Mott was ordered to return to court on May 18.
