Owego Man Charged After Two-Car Crash

Police say an Owego man was arrested following a crash in Tioga County.

Authorities say 66-year-old Roscoe Lyman of Storm Lane was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Lyman was one of the drivers in a two-car crash that happened at the intersection of Route 96 and Glenmary Drive in the town of Tioga.

Investigators say Lyman had a suspended New York state driver license and a previous aggravated unlicensed operation conviction.

Lyman was ordered to appear in Tioga town court on June 4.
