Otsego County Crash Leads to DWI Charge

An Oneonta man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol level at almost three times the legal limit.

New York State Police say they arrested 37 year old Joseph Burgher April 15 following a crash on State Route 23 in the Town of Laurens.

Officials say they registered Burgher’s blood alcohol content at .23%.

He is charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated.
