The announcement comes as the Food Bank moves into a new Community Service Model to work more closely with its partners in the six-county area it serves.

United Way funding is helping the Food Bank to name a Programs & Partnerships Coordinator for each of the counties.  Broome and Tioga Counties have Erin Miner as the new local coordinator for the agency.

You can hear more about the Food Bank operations from executive director Natasha Thompson on Southern Tier Close Up this Saturday at 12:15 p.m. on News Radio 1290 WNBF.
