Missing Johnson City Man Found Safe
Authorities are in the process of reuniting a missing Johnson City man with his family after he was found hundreds of miles from home.
Village Police say 79-year-old David O’Neil was found safe with the help of the Washington Metropolitan Police and they thanked the public for assistance in providing information to locate the man.
Police sent out an advisory February 12 asking for information about O’Neil’s whereabouts, saying the man, who is affected by autism and walked with an impairment was often seen walking around the Binghamton area but also recently traveled to the Nation’s Capital.
Authorities said the man was safe when he was located by the Washington Metro. Police.
