Marijuana Found in Stop for Speeding

New York State Police say a Binghamton man is accused of having marijuana in his possession when he was pulled over for speeding.

Troopers say they saw 29 year old Rafael Nunezsimancus going too fast on Route 17 in the Town of Sanford at around 4:35 p.m. January 26 and smelled marijuana in the vehicle.

Authorities say about 51 grams of pot were found in the car.
