40 year old Braden Rose of Horseheads was disarmed by authorities who say they determined he was under the influence of drugs.

Police say they determined Rose took drugs at the restaurant and was found to have about an ounce of cocaine, one-point-seven ounces of heroin, pills and hypodermic needles in his possession. The street value of the drugs was put at about $10,000.

He was taken to Delaware Valley Hospital for treatment.

Rose is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two lesser counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $25,000 bail.
