Man Hurt After Report of Possible Gunfire in JC
One man was injured following a report of shots fired in the area of a four-story apartment house in Johnson City.
Village police were called to Endicott Avenue shortly after 5:30 p.m. Thursday to investigate a possible dispute.
According to WBNG 12 News, one man was loaded into an ambulance and transported from the scene.
A second man reportedly was handcuffed and lead away from the apartment building to a nearby police car.
Police officers and Johnson City firefighters were behind an eight-unit apartment building at 15 Endicott Avenue, just west of Cleveland Avenue.
The incident happened exactly one week after a late-afternoon drive-by shooting in Johnson City. In that case, several shots were fired near the intersection of Grand Avenue and Baldwin Street.
No arrests have been reported in connection with the earlier incident.
