A Pennsylvania man has been accused of injuring a woman when he intentionally crash his vehicle into her vehicle in Delaware County.

Authorities say 44-year-old Joshua Loucks of Lakewood was charged with felony assault in connection with the incident in the town of Walton.

According to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, Loucks smashed his vehicle into the woman's vehicle on Route 206 early Tuesday. He's accused of leaving the scene of the incident.

Investigators say the 42-year-old woman was treated at Delaware Valley Hospital and released.

Loucks surrendered to sheriff's deputies in the village of Hancock.

In addition to the assault county, Loucks was charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury motor vehicle accident.

Loucks was arraigned in Delhi town court. He was released after posting $1,000 bail.
