Man Accused of Using Business’s Computer to View Porn

Broome County Sheriff’s Detectives say a Harpursville man is accused of using a computer at a business, without permission, to view pornography.

30 year old Lance Weiss is charged with unauthorized use of a computer.

Authorities say Weiss allegedly was waiting in an office when he used the computer to go onto an adult pornographic website March 22.

Authorities say no private or personal information was believed accessed or compromised during the alleged incident.

Weiss has been ordered to appear in Harpursville Criminal Court at a later date.
