Man Accused of Stealing Thousands From Employer

A Cortland County man is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from his employer over the past year.

Sheriff’s officials say 34 year old Daniel Hoffman of Homer was arrested December 8 and charged with felony grand larceny.

Officials say Hoffman is accused of taking over $17,000 from United Auto Supply in Cortland.

Officials say Hoffman turned himself in to authorities at 9:30 a.m. December 8 and was released to Alternatives to Incarceration.

He’s been ordered to appear in Cortlandville Court.
