Man Accused of Rape in Endicott

A Johnson City man is accused of having sex with a girl in Endicott who was under the age of 17.

Endicott Police say 31 year old Kyle Robbins is charged with felony rape for alleged incidents that happened between January and March.

Police say Robbins and the girl were acquaintances.

Robbins was released after arraignment to wait for further court proceedings.
