Liverpool Man Charged in Cortland County Burglary

Cortland County Sheriff's officials say a Liverpool, New York man is accused of stealing a wallet from a home in the Town of Preble between April 2 and 3 and using stolen credit cards at several locations throughout Onondaga County.

Authorities say they located William Marshall while he was shopping at Wal-Mart in Cortland and arrested him in connection with the break-in.

Marshall is charged with felony burglary and felony grand larceny.

Investigators with the Onondaga County Sheriff's Department are working with Cortland County Investigators on the case.

Authorities say additional charges are pending.
