Laurens Woman Accused of Threatening Park-goers

An Otsego County woman is charged with menacing after she reportedly became enraged by some children using Nerf guns at a park.

New York State Police say 36 year old Megan Holbrook of Laurens is accused of threatening to kill the mother of the children who asked her why her kids were told to leave the park near the Laurens Central School on Main Street at 7:55 p.m. April 17.

Holbrook was released following her arraignment to await her next appearance in Town of Laurens Court.
