JC Robbery Suspect Arrested; Loaded Gun, Cocaine Seized

A Johnson City man faces five felony counts after police confiscated a loaded handgun and cocaine as part of a robbery investigation.

Authorities say 23-year-old Christopher Fabian was arrested in connection with an armed robbery and an attempted armed robbery that happened in late January and early February. The incidents occurred five days apart.

According to Johnson City police, Fabian has been charged with robbery, attempted robbery and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon. He also was charged with criminal use of a firearm, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Investigators say a search warrant was executed at a location on Allen Street in Johnson City. That's when they found the loaded .357 Magnum handgun.
