When New Yorkers were asked which local brands make them feel the most pride, one name was mentioned above the rest: Tiffany & Co. They are known around the world for their blue boxes and Fifth Avenue showroom, Tiffany is much more than jewelry, it’s a piece of New York history that locals are proud to call their own.

There was a survey done by MarketBeat.com, and they asked over 3,000 people to name their favorite New York-born brands. Here is  how the top five ranked:
