The company has announced it will close up to 390 Family Dollars this year and change the name of a couple hundred more to the “Dollar Tree” brand.

The company has over 15,000 stores in the U.S.

Dollar Tree acquired Family Dollar four year ago in a deal that totaled close to nine billion dollars.
