Harpursville Man Accused of Stealing Debit Card

A Harpursville man is accused of stealing another person’s debit card and using it to withdraw money at a business in the Town of Binghamton from the victim’s bank account.

28 year old Jason Babcock is charged with felony grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and unlawful possession of personal information.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail.
