Millions of dollars are due to come to the Southern Tier for infrastructure work under the Governor’s budget plans.

Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo’s office says the biggest project calls for over $1.810 million go to Broome County for a bridge over Big Choconut Creek on Juneberry Road.

$1.740 million dollars is earmarked for Country Club Road over Patterson Creek, $0.990 million for Twist Run Road and Nanticoke Drive over a tributary to Nanticoke Creek, another $1.000 million for Twist Run Road, $0.550 million for Dilly Road over a stream, $0.499 million for Chenango County Road 32 over Ransford Creek.  Another $0.551 million dollars is aimed at County Road 32 over Thompson Creek.  In Delaware County, $0.158 million is proposed for Buntline Drive over wetlands in the Village of Sanford while $0.225 million dollars has been proposed for West River Street over a tributary of the Susquehanna River in Tioga County.
