Chenango County Emergency Services officials say another massive turbine is headed down Route 12 at a crawl, snarling traffic as it heads to a facility outside of Scranton.

As of 9 a.m. June 15, the giant turbine and custom trailer were in North Norwich and expected to be at Broome County by late afternoon or early evening.

The truck only travels between 2-5mph with occasional stops to allow workers to lift wires over the road.

Several turbines have moved through the area, coming from the General Electric facility near Schenectady.

Officials could not say if there would be any more shipments coming through.
