The National Weather Service had predicted temperatures could dip into the 30s, causing some widely scattered areas of frost in the Northern part of Delaware County, central Otsego County, including Oneonta and from Boonville going northeast in Oneida County.
With the first call for frost, residents in the region, especially the higher valleys of the Catskills are going to have to start thinking about bringing in or covering sensitive plants.
The next few nights should be a little milder with the lows predicted in the 40s.
