Florida Man Arrested Following Crash in Walton

A Florida man is facing felony charges in Delaware County following a crash in the Town of Walton.

Sheriff’s officials say 39-year-old Kenneth Schuler of Boca Raton is accused of speeding on Lower Third Brook Road at 6:12 a.m. March 10 when his vehicle crashed.

Schuler is charged with felony driving while intoxicated and felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.  He’s also charged with speed non reasonable and prudent, refusing to take a breath screening test and operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock device.

Schuler was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $5,000 bail.
