Fishs Eddy Man Accused of Breaking Into Lumber Yard Twice

Delaware County man is charged with two felony burglary counts for allegedly breaking into a lumber yard twice.

25-year-old Allen Conkling of Fishs Eddy was arrested March 3 and is also charged with misdemeanor petit larceny.

He’s accused of stealing various items during two break-ins at Russell Bass and Sons Lumber Yard in the Town of Colchester.

Conkling was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $2,500 bail.
