Felony DWI Arrest on Route 434

An Endicott man is charged with a felony after being pulled over by Tioga County Sheriff’s Deputies

. 

59-year-old Keith Lavin is charged with felony driving while intoxicated after authorities say he was driving 59 miles an hour in a 45 mph zone on Route 434 in the Town of Owego shortly before 9 p.m. on November 17^th.
Deputies say Lavin also failed to maintain his designated lane, failed to signal and refused to take a breath test.

He was ordered to appear in Town of Owego Court next month.
