Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force indicate an Endicott man is suspected of dealing drugs.

Officials arrested 40 year old Robert Mabry following a planned traffic stop in the Village March 1 and searched Mabry’s Jefferson Avenue home.

Authorities confiscated 8 plastic knotted wraps containing crack cocaine, drug packaging materials, a digital scale and $727 in suspected drug sale proceeds.

Mabry is charged with four felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony tampering with evidence and three misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Authorities say during the traffic stop, Mabry attempted to discard crack cocaine he had in his possession but the drug was recovered by officers at the scene.

Mabry was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
