Endicott Man Charged For Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs

Following a month long investigation and the execution of a search warrant of an Endicott residence, New York State and Village Police have arrested 35 year-old Tyson Tofte.  Tofte is a resident of the Robble Ave. home where the search warrant was executed.

Police have accused Tofte of possessing and selling prescription narcotics.  He was also found to be in possession of an unknown amount of marijuana.

Tofte has been charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was issued an appearance ticket for Village of Endicott Court and further charges are pending.
