$30 Million Luxury Apartment Complex Coming to Endicott
In preparation for the rise in battery manufacturing in the Southern Tier, a $30 million luxury apartment complex is in the works in Endicott.
A Vestal-based company, Atlas James Construction & Fabrication, has unveiled plans for a $30 million luxury apartment complex in Endicott. The complex, called Serenity Tower, will be near the Huron Campus and contain 150-units, primarily to house employees of Imperium 3 New York, BAE, Ubiquity Solar and clean tech businesses in the area.
Stephen Donnelly, owner of Atlas James Construction & Fabrication, stated "The housing available to professionals moving to the Southern Tier from bigger cities and towns doesn't always meet their expectations or match their lifestyles. We want to help draw top talent to the area and hope that offering a modern, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing living option will encourage relocations to Endicott as the Village plays a pivotal role in the nation's transition to clean energy."
Donnelly also thanked the local community, local leaders, and his fiancé, Jen Ferguson and his children for support in making this project a reality.
Serenity Tower will feature one, two or three bedroom apartments along with a number of amenities like a 24-hour fitness center, a daycare center, in-unit washers and dryers and parking underground for residents.
In an email to WNBF News, Donnelly said they plan to break ground on the site in mid to late spring, and anticipate opening the site in the fourth quarter of 2024. He also provided a number of photos of what the apartment complex units will look like.
