The New Hampshire Fisher Cats host the Eastern League All-
Star game tonight in Manchester, New Hampshire.  The game is scheduled for a 7:05 start at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.

Five Binghamton Rumble Ponies were named to the Eastern Division All-Star squad.  Infielder Luis Giullorme, catcher Tomas Nido, pitcher Corey Oswalt, pitcher P.J. Conlon and outfielder Kevin Taylor all were picked to play in the Eastern League classic. Taylor remains on the disabled list while Conlon has declined to play opting for rest instead.

The Rumble Ponies have fared well in the first half of the season. At the All-Star break the Rumble Ponies are 46-38 and in third-place in the Eastern Division.  The Trenton Thunder is in top with a lead of 8.5 games on second-place Reading.  Binghamton is 12 games out of first place and 3.5 games behind the Fightin Phils.

The Rumble Ponies face a key weekend series beginning tomorrow night in Reading.  They return to NYSEG Stadium to host Akron for three straight games beginning Monday night.
