Deposit Man Charged With Rape
A Deposit man is charged with felony rape. New York State Police say 22 year old Nathan Sellers was arrested January 12 after an investigation determined he had sexual contact with a person under the age of 17.
He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail and the investigation is continuing.
