Delaware County Man Accused of Sending Porn to Kids

A Delaware County man is accused of sending pornography to children.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say 39-year-old Michael Allen of Delhi was arrested at 1:45 p.m. November 14 and charged with disseminating indecent materials to minors and endangering the welfare of a child.

He’s accused of electronically sending indecent material to a minor over the course of five months.

Sheriff’s officials say Allen was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $5,000 bail and ordered to appear in Town of Delhi Court at a later date.
