Deer Crashes Through Willow Point Window

A well-timed lunch break may have prevented employees of the Willow Point Nursing Home from being injured when a deer jumped through a large picture window into the payroll department.  The incident happened around 1 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

The New York State Department of Conservation responded with law enforcement agencies to tranquilize and remove the deer, which was trapped in the office for part of the afternoon.

There's been no word on the fate of the deer.
