Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies say they found a woman burning someone else’s belongings in a fire pit and inside a home on Conklin Road.

Authorities were called to the location in the Town of Conklin shortly after 10 p.m. September 3 and say they found Margaret Odell-Singer had been involved in a domestic dispute with the owner of the burning belongings.

She’s charged with arson and criminal mischief.

Singer was sent to the Broome County Jail on $2,000 bail.
