Pennsylvania State Police say the owners of the house on Prospect Street in Oakland Borough reported to authorities that there were suspicious people in the house after 4 p.m. February 28.
The owners say the house is for sale and no one should be inside.

The pair is charged with burglary. Caswell and Millard were sent to the Susquehanna County Jail on $1,500 bail.
