Citizen Sees 13 Year Old Driving a Car in Walton

A Walton woman is accused of allowing a 13 year old child to drive on a public road.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say 43 year old Troya Cunningham is charged with unlicensed operator, unlicensed operation, driving with a suspended registration and endangering the welfare of a child.

Authorities say they got a call from a witness saying they saw a teen driving a vehicle at 8:33 p.m. April 20.

Cunningham has been ordered to appear in Walton Village Court at a later date.
