CHOW Hunger Walk

The Annual CHOW Hunger Walk  September 20 on campus at Binghamton University. In the past years the walk has been held in October.  This year the fund-raiser is moved up a month to hopefully take advantage of milder weather.

CHOW (Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse) provides meals and food for thousands of needy families and individuals in the area.  CHOW is part of the Broome County Council of Churches.  Suggested items to donate include pasta, canned soup, fruits and vegetables, baby formula and cereal...items that can help feed a family.  People of all ages are invited to participate in the 1.3 mile walk.
