The 37th Annual CHOW Hunger Walk was held at Otsiningo Park on Sunday afternoon.  Several hundred walkers took part to help raise money to help CHOW (Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse) fight hunger.  This year the walk moved to Otsiningo Park after being held for a number of years on the campus at Binghamton University.

According to Jack Seman, CHOW Director, over $20,000 was raised by the walkers and sponsors of the event.  He said totals will continue to be updated this week as more donations are received.  He says for every one dollar raised CHOW can provide four meals so that $20,000 can provide 80,000 meals to needy, hungry people throughout the community.
