Chenango Forks Man Accused of Drunk Driving Following Crash

A Chenango Forks man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol content at more than twice the legal limit.

New York State Police say at 2:37 a.m. September 16, 21 year old Joshua Bertram was arrested following a crash on County Route 32 in the Town of Greene.

Troopers say Bertram wasn’t hurt in the crash but they found him passed out in the driver seat of the vehicle that ended up in a ditch.

Authorities say Bertram’s blood alcohol content was measured at .19%.
