In recognition of National Nutrition Month, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County is offering some help through a variety of virtual programs, designed to get you on the right track to a healthier lifestyle.

Many of us are on a budget and need help with planning meals, or have difficulty following a plan for proper diet and exercise.

Cornell Cooperative Extension’s virtual programs can help you make a small change in your life, that will lead to a positive result.

CCE has many programs starting this month, that offer education information, and even a cooking demonstration.

Virtual classes are offered throughout the month of March, many on a weekly basis, and you are able to join just a single class, or a series of classes.

The Virtual program classes include, Making Healthy Eating Part of Your Lifestyle, Tips for Losing Weight and Keeping it Off, Eating Healthy on a Budget, and more.
