Broome Sheriff’s Office Looks for Parole Violator

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect who violated his probation for felony assault.

Authorities say Felipe Mercedes is black, stands six feet tall, weights 155 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.  He may have a full beard and mustache and longer, curly hair.
