An education program for caregivers, called How Hospice can Support Caregivers will be presented January 16th from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Broome West Senior Center at 2801 Wayne Street, Endwell.

Speaking on Southern Tier Close Up airing December 29 at 12:10 p.m. on News Radio 1290 WNBF, Broome County Office for Aging Program Manager, Lisa Schuhle, spoke with host, Kathy Whyte about the upcoming program and the special issues and concerns facing people who care for parents, spouses and neighbors.

Schuhle says in addition to programs specifically administered by Office for Aging, the agency has information available about other services for caregivers in the region.
