The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

All arrests and charges are part of ongoing investigations conducted by local law enforcement agencies, including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, and other law enforcement agencies.

Criminal Possession

Wesley Wyckoff from Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Windsor.

William Conrad of Union Dale, Pennsylvania, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Town of Windsor.

Criminal Contempt

Nathaniel White from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Conklin.

Petit Larceny

Kimberly Devine of Endicott was charged with three counts of Petit Larceny, Class A Misdemeanors, following separate larceny investigations in the Town of Union.

Ray Iannone from Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Aaron Hicks of Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.
