These arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Criminal Possession

According to the report, Ross Guglielmetti from Deposit was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle, Obstruction of Governmental Administration, Reckless Endangerment, Resisting Arrest, and multiple traffic violations following a pursuit through Broome, Chenango, and Otsego counties.

Shauna Hamilton of Cortland was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the Village of Endicott.

Child Endangerment

Following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union, Mohammed Mollah from Endicott was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person in the 1st Degree, and Child Endangerment.

Richard  Durham of the Town of Chenango was charged with Child Endangerment, Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest, and Harassment, following an investigation into a domestic incident.

This week, the Broome County Sheriff's report noted that Jordan Marks of Windsor was charged with Child Endangerment, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation, following an investigation into a domestic incident.

Criminal Mischief

Following an investigation into criminal mischief in the Town of Colesville, Nicholas Bagg from Windsor was charged with three counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.

Kyler Wheeler of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Mischief following an investigation in the Town of Colesville.

Petit Larceny

In this week's arrest report, Pamela Abell from Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Various Traffic Charges

Gail E. Glover of Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle w/BAC >.08, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

As a result of a traffic stop in the Village of Endicott, Daniel Nye of Freeville was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, along with multiple traffic violations.

Steven Nanni from Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
