These arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

 Burglary

Following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Chenango,  Bradley Elbrecht of Conklin was charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation, and two counts of Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Vehicular Assault

In this week's report, Ann Affolder from Binghamton was charged with Vehicular Assault in the 1st Degree, a Class D Felony, Vehicular Assault in the 2nd Degree, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident involving multiple pedestrians in the Town of Chenango.

Petit Larceny

Andrew Link of the Town of Chenango was charged with Petit Larceny and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Criminal Mischief

Following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Maine, Paige Olson was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Obstruction of Governmental Administration 

According to the Broome County Sheriff's report, Safiya Barrett of Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Criminal Possession

Deserae Canton of the Town of Chenango was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Following a warrant execution in the Town of Union, Camran Rios from Liverpool, NY, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Sell in the 5th Degree, Criminal Possession of Cannabis in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree.

Trespass

Mikaella Markoff from Kirkwood was charged with Trespass following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Windsor.

Following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Union, David Butts, Jr., of Endwell,  was charged with Trespass.

Harassment

Alicia  Mason from the Town of Chenango was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Chenango.

Following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Colesville,  Anita Slater of Harpursville was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree.
