Binghamton Teen Accused of Stealing Wallet and Credit Card

A City of Binghamton teen is accused of stealing a wallet containing a credit card from an unlocked vehicle on Upper Front Street in the Town of Chenango and using the card to make several purchases.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 18 year old Kyle Norwalk was arrested June 30in Connection with the theft four days earlier.

Norwalk is charged with three felony counts each of criminal possession of stolen property and identity theft.

He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Chenango and City of Binghamton Courts at later dates.
