Binghamton Mets Playoff Tickets On Sale Monday

The Binghamton Mets announced today that playoff tickets will go on sale Monday, August 4.  Tickets will be available starting at 9 AM  at the NYSEG Stadium box office, online at www.bmets.com and over the phone at 607-723-METS.  Tickets will be offered at the regular box office prices of $11 for box seats or $9 for reserved grandstand seats (children 14 and under and seniors 60 and over receive a $2 discount).

Heading into tonight's game with the Bowie Baysox the B-Mets are in second place in the Eastern Division of the Eastern League.six games in back of the Portland Sea Dogs. The B-Mets have a 10.5 game lead on third-place New Britain.  The top two teams in each division qualify for the post-season. Both the Division Championship Series and the League Championship Series are best of five.

The schedule for the Eastern Division Championship Series is:

Game One:  Wednesday, September 3 at 6:35 PM ( at Second Place Team)

Game Two:  Thursday, September 4 at 6:35 PM (at Second Place Team)

Game Three:  Friday , September 5 (at First Place Team, TBA)

Game Four:  Saturday, September 6 (at First Place Team, TBA)* if needed

Game Five: Sunday, September 7 (at First Place Team, TBA)*  if needed
