The property is listed with Pyramid Brokerage Company. Broker John Current, who is the property manager, says it's been on the market for about a week.

The Metrocenter was acquired in April 2012 by an entity listed in county tax records as "CCMS 2005-CD1 Bing LLC" with an address in Miami Beach, Florida. The sale price listed for that deal was $2,400,000.

In the offering summary, the Metrocenter is described as a 2-story professional office building containing more than 116,000 square feet.

The summary notes the complex originally served as a retail center but later was converted to serve primarily as office space for professional tenants.

Ellis Brothers Contemporary Furniture now is occupying about 7200 square feet of space on the Court Street side of the complex. That store is expected to be relocated to a building at Court and Water streets later this year.

The listing also cites the property's 217-space parking lot on the north side of the complex.
