Binghamton Man Turns Self in For Allegations of Inappropriate Touching
New York State Police say a Binghamton man is accused of inappropriately touching a child earlier this year.
Troopers say 35-year-old Filipe Galindo-Cruz turned himself in at the Endwell Barracks and is charged with felony sex abuse and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. of the virus.
