A Binghamton man is charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance following a four-month-long investigation by the Cortland County Drug Task Force.

25 year old Nathaniel Schumacher was arrested May 15 after turning himself in at the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff’s officials say an indictment had been handed up by Cortland County Court for one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

After turning himself in, Schumacher was released on his own recognizance and ordered to appear in Cortland County Court next month.
