Binghamton City Council has three bids on the table for the old Greenman Senior Center downtown.

The Pine Street property closed in 2011 after the environmental system broke down and the City found it was too expensive to replace.

Two weeks of bidding has resulted in an offer of $140,000 from Red Barn Tech, a $138,000 bid from Angela Testani and a $152,000 offer from Keith Bouvier.

Initially, a bid from Gemini Construction had been accepted in August but when last-minute interest in the property came up, the Board of Estimate and Apportionment reopened the bidding.

Council is expected to review the bids and project proposals before coming up with a decision in a couple weeks.
