The Binghamton Devils host the Syracuse Crunch tonight (Tuesday) in a game that was originally scheduled for January 19th but was postponed due to heavy snowfall and hazardous driving conditions.  Tonight is $5.00 student ticket night.

The Devils come into tonight's game with a record of 24-28-5-0 for 53 points and in last place in the American Hockey League's North Division.  Syracuse is fighting for the top spot in the division with a record of 32-16-3-2 for 69 points...two behind behind the first place Rochester Americans.

Fans will see some new faces and will miss seeing others.  At the NHL trading deadline yesterday there were plenty of player moves.  John Quenneville, Egor Yakoviev ,Nathan Bastian and goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood all moved up to the New Jersey Devils roster.  Bastian scored his first NHL goal in the Devils' win over the Montreal Canadiens last night.

New Jersey signed goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood to a three-year entry level contract.  He has played well and has a 4-1-0 record and a 2.02 goals against average with Binghamton this season.
